Thursday, March 26 i-FAME Restaurant of i-SUITE Hotel hosts a special evening dedicated to Italian caviar, in collaboration with Calvisius.
An exclusive experience crafted by Chef Daniele Succi, in our restaurant recommended by the Michelin Guide, where elegance, technique, and top-quality ingredients meet in a unique tasting journey.
The evening will begin with a refined fireplace aperitif, enhanced by the “bump” of caviar, followed by a menu designed to highlight two selections of Italian caviar through refined and harmonious pairings. The wines from the Franco Galli Agricultural Company will accompany each course, creating a perfect dialogue between territory and high gastronomy.
