Wednesday, July 15 i-FAME Restaurant of i-SUITE Hotel hosts a special evening dedicated to Italian caviar, in collaboration with Calvisius.

An exclusive evening dedicated to Calvisius Caviar, during which i-FAME Restaurant will officially receive the title of Ambassador of Calvisius Caviar. A milestone that celebrates the passion for haute cuisine and the continuous pursuit of quality that distinguishes our cooking.

A tasting journey of caviar, Champagne, live music and the cuisine of Chef Daniele Succi.
For the occasion, the Chef has created a tasting journey dedicated to caviar, which will begin with a pure tasting of the different expressions of Calvisius Caviar and continue with a selection of dishes designed to enhance its flavor, texture, and elegance. Paired with Champagne, chosen to best highlight every nuance of the tasting.

Opening of the 1 kg can of caviar
Tasting in purity "Caviar Bump" followed by our cicchetti:

  • Soft new potato, horseradish, puffed corn, and caviar
  • Sturgeon fillet in katsuobushi consommé, marine herb salmoriglio, and caviar
  • "Lo Spago" artisanal served warm with EVO oil, chives, and caviar


Accompanied by a glass of Veuve Clicquot.
