On Thursday 26 March, i-FAME Restaurant at i-SUITE Hotel hosts a special evening dedicated to Italian caviar , in collaboration with Calvisius .
An exclusive experience created by Chef Daniele Succi , in our Michelin-recommended restaurant, where elegance , technique , and excellent ingredients meet in a unique tasting menu.
The evening will begin with a refined aperitif by the fireplace , enhanced by a caviar "bump," and then continue with a menu designed to showcase two selections of Italian caviar through refined and harmonious pairings.
