On April 17th , a special evening dedicated to the meeting of cuisine and mixology awaits you at I-FAME Restaurant in Rimini.

The stars of the evening will be chef Daniele Succi and bartender Charles Flamminio , who will lead guests on a tasting journey where each dish will be paired with a herbal cocktail created specifically to enhance its flavors.

The evening will begin in the charming lounge area of the i-SUITE Hotel , near the fireplace, with a tasting of appetizers and welcome cocktails accompanied by the musical selection of Duke DJ .

Afterwards, guests will take their seats at i-FAME Restaurant for a gastronomic journey consisting of four courses, from appetizer to dessert, each paired with a dedicated cocktail.
During the dinner, Charles Flamminio and Daniele Succi will personally describe the dishes and drinks, revealing ingredients, inspirations and techniques.

A unique sensory experience where contemporary cuisine and botanical mixology meet in a tale of flavors, aromas, and emotions.
