TASTING DINNER CHEF EMILIA ROMAGNA

Wednesday, April 29 on the occasion of the presentation of the Euro-Toques Italy 2026 guide there will be an evening dedicated to author's cuisine and conviviality.

i-FAME Restaurant in Rimini hosts the presentation of the Euro-Toques Italy Gastronomic Guide, a project that enhances chefs, territories, and the excellences of Italian gastronomic tradition.

The protagonists of the event will be the chefs from Emilia-Romagna, interpreters of one of the richest culinary cultures in the country. The evening will develop in an informal and convivial atmosphere, with aperitif and tastings signed by Romagna chefs, designed to tell the flavors, products, and identity of the territory.

To accompany the gastronomic journey, a selection of local wines, paired with the dishes offered during dinner.
